HOW DO I RSVP? WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

To respond please click on the ‘RSVP’ tab at the top of this page of the homepage.

The RSVP Deadline is the 7th of April. Anyone who hasn’t responded by this date will be marked as declined.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive at the venue between 12:30pm to ensure everyone is seated for our ceremony to start promptly at 13:30pm.

Evening guests will arrive from 6:30pm.

HOW DO I BOOK MY ROOM?

To book your room here please call the venue and use our code on your invitation. This will let them know you are part of our wedding party

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Children of all ages are more than welcome but if you’d rather leave them at home we won’t jude.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during our ceremony.

We have a photographer and videographer to document this special moment so ask that you turn off your devices and be present with us. We’ll gladly share these images with you after the celebration.

IS THERE PARKING AVALIABLE?

Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces.

HOW DO I FIND THE VENUE?

Train
The nearest train station is Chesterfield Train Station, Corporation Street, Chesterfield, S41 7UB. We are just 3 miles to the station and a quick 8 minute taxi journey. Alternatively, you can catch the local bus, numbers 70, 74 & 77 will drop you right outside the front of the hotel.

Local Busses
Located right outside the front gates to the hotel is the bus stop. There are 3 busses that will take you to Chesterfield, 70, 74 & 77.
If you are looking to explore a bit further No 17 will take you from Chesterfield to Matlock/Sheffield (Journey takes around 30-45 minutes) and No 170 will take you from Chesterfield to Bakewell (Journey takes around 60 minutes)

Helicopter
We have a landing site for Helicopters within the estate grounds. 
Landings do need to be pre-booked and pre-arranged and cost £150.
